Workshops and events coming up include:
20th April - Bradford International Film Festival.  Suzy will be leading a workshop based on the book using actors to demonstrate interview and directing styles and techniques.
19th May - Suzy is hoping to be holding a seminar at Surviving Actors in Manchester - more details to follow.
20th May - Suzy will be leading a 2 hour interactive workshop as part of the Equity conference in London.

A podcast has been recorded which will be out on the Spotlight website - exact date to follow.

There will be a Twitter competition launched by The Actors Guild coming up very shortly!

A great evening launching/celebrating the publishing of The Casting Handbook...a good turnout for such a cold, cold night, lovely venue - thank you Actors' Centre- a great way to set the book off on its journey into the world.

Seems our publishers took The Casting Handbook to the United States Institiute for Theatre Technology conference...USITT. Exciting to think it is out there!

What do you do at a book launch?

Now that we have an exciting guest list for our launch, we are figuring out what to do on the night apart from cracking open the champagne. Hope to have the event filmed so we can share the excitement for  our contributors from the US and Canada who can't make it....

Gearing up for our launch party - great opportunity to thank all the people who have helped us....

More copies arrived yesterday - liking it more and more.   Look out for it in bookshops - buy it (obviously!) - and let us know where you've spotted it...

Hooray! We have received both hardback and paperback copies of our very own!  they look fantastic - Routledge have done us proud...it was a long hard haul, but can honestly say it was worth it to be holding the real thing in my hand. Very proud. Can't wait for people to read it and to get your feedback.
